Drawn from our favourite barrel of the vintage, this is Fortieth Rule’s first oak aged Chardonnay. A co-fermentation of clones 95 and 548. Whole bunch pressed and matured in third-fill Burgundian oak while undergoing a partial malolactic fermentation.
